From Consultation to Installation
On Site Consultaion
Every project begins with an on-site acoustic consultation to assess the space, its intended use, and the acoustic issues present. Our team evaluates the room layout, surface materials, and key problem areas to understand how sound behaves within the environment. This detailed assessment allows us to identify issues such as excessive reverberation, poor speech clarity, and background noise, ensuring the correct commercial acoustic treatment is specified. By defining clear acoustic performance requirements from the outset, we can design effective solutions that improve comfort, communication, and productivity within the space.
Manafacturing
Using the findings from the acoustic consultation, we design and manufacture bespoke acoustic panels to meet the exact requirements of the space. Panel performance, quantity, placement and finish are carefully specified to ensure effective sound absorption, reduced reverberation, and improved speech clarity within the environment. Our solutions are tailored to each project, combining acoustic wall panels, ceiling panels and sound dampening treatments designed specifically for the space. No off-the-shelf products or estimated solutions are used — every system is engineered to deliver reliable, long-term acoustic performance.
Installation
Once manufactured, the acoustic panels are installed in accordance with the agreed design and placement strategy. Our team works carefully around your space, schedule and operational requirements to ensure installation is completed efficiently and with minimal disruption. All acoustic wall panels, ceiling panels and sound dampening treatments are fitted precisely to achieve the intended sound absorption and acoustic performance, while maintaining a clean, professional finish within the space.

How much acoustic treatment do I need?
The amount of acoustic treatment required depends on the size of your space, the surfaces within it, and how the room is used. As a general rule, treating around 20–40% of the available surface area (walls and ceilings) can significantly improve acoustics in most offices. However, every space behaves differently, so a tailored assessment is usually the most effective way to determine exactly what’s needed.
How much does acoustic treatment cost?
Costs vary depending on the size of the space, the type of products used, and the complexity of installation. Smaller office areas or meeting rooms may require a modest investment, while larger open-plan environments will need a more comprehensive solution. Most projects are priced based on design, materials, and installation, so it’s best to get a customised quote based on your specific requirements.
Does acoustic treatment soundproof a room?
No—acoustic treatment does not soundproof a room. Instead, it improves the quality of sound within a space by reducing echo, reverberation, and background noise. Soundproofing, on the other hand, involves preventing sound from entering or leaving a room and typically requires structural changes. Acoustic treatment is the most practical and cost-effective solution for improving how a space sounds and feels on a day-to-day basis.
